We have established sales offices and repair centers in 9 cities & regions, such as Beijing, Hangzhou and Xinjiang in China and also in Hong Kong and Saigon, Vietnam to offer spares service throughout the year.

We ensure the quality guaranty for the equipment supplied within the warranty period and dispatch people to the site in 24 hours after receiving the feedback quality information from the customer with the following commitments:

• if we are responsible for the problem, we shall repair or replace the defected parts within the time mutually agreed and shall bear all expenses incurred;
• if the user is responsible for the problem, we shall repair or replace the damaged part in the time mutually agreed and shall charge the cost only.
